A short film that takes place in 1942 Ybor City and right in the middle of an organized crime war scene. A local bartender falls in love with an indentured servant and promises to do all he can to free her from the mobster’s grasp.

This documentary will explain the rise and fall of Charlie Wall through the use of interviews with some of the most knowledgeable people of this timeperiod, vintage footage and photographs from the 20’s to the 50’s, and numerous reenactments of some of the most explicit and important parts of Wall’s life.

In short: Charlie Wall was the most powerful
organized crime leader in Tampa and Central Florida from the early to mid 1900’s. Wall was beloved by many and feared by all. In 1955 Wall was brutally murdered in his bedroom. Wall could have ruled Tampa from a castle. He chose to rule it from the Underground.
